Finance Director

Finance Director | ($80,000-95,000 Annually)
The Finance Director reports directly to the Executive Director and collaborates with executive team members to align financial and operational objective. This position contributes to LINC’s mission and vision by providing executive level leadership over the financial activities including planning and policy, accounting systems, internal controls, financial management, grant compliance, real estate, and asset management.

Homeownership Coordinator | ($42,000-44,000 Annually)
The Homeownership Coordinator is a full-time member of LINC’s community engagement team, working closely with those serving on the real estate team as well. The Homeownership Coordinator will work directly with individuals, housing providers, and banking institutions to assist individuals in accessing, securing, and obtaining affordable housing. The Homeownership Coordinator will then be responsible for direct and authentic community engagement/outreach, providing program support and recruitment for LINC’s programs and partners, and connecting residents to wealth building opportunities through homeownership.
