Do you have a bench warrant related to unpaid child support? You’re not alone—and there are safe options to move forward.
Join LINC UP for a Child Support Bench Warrant Clinic on Wednesday, October 8th from 12:30–3:30 PM at the LINC UP Gallery (341 Hall St SE, Grand Rapids).
At this clinic, you’ll meet with Friend of the Court staff to take steps toward resolving your bench warrant without fear of arrest. No law enforcement will be present.
Participants should bring:
Proof of income (if employed/working)
Accepted payment methods (cash, credit cards, cashier’s check, money orders)
Proof of disability (if medically unable to work)
