Workforce Readiness Workshop

Ready for your next opportunity? Join LINC UP for a free four-day Workforce Readiness Workshop designed to help you build the confidence and skills employers are looking for.

Throughout this interactive workshop, participants will:

• Build confidence for job interviews

• Learn what employers expect in today’s workplace

• Strengthen communication and professional soft skills

• Create or update a resume and cover letter

• Practice interviewing and deliver a strong elevator pitch

Participants who successfully complete all four sessions will receive:

• Guaranteed interviews with participating employer partners

• Professional headshots

• Access to business clothing

• Employer connections

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Attendance at all four sessions is required
