We believe housing is a human right. LINC UP provides affordable rental properties and homeownership opportunities to ensure families have safe and stable places to live. We also have affordable commercial spaces available to lease.

WORKFORCE SUPPORT

Our role is to serve as a connector — removing systemic barriers and linking residents to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to move forward in their careers and lives.

Engagement & Advocacy

LINC UP empowers residents to participate in civic processes and provides leadership development opportunities that encourage organizing and advocating for policy changes and community resources.

Community Events

LINC UP hosts vibrant, people-centered events that celebrate culture, connect neighbors, and expand access to vital community resources. From block parties to resource fairs, our gatherings are rooted in equity and connection.

Contractor Assistance

We support local contractors by providing resources and assistance to help them grow and succeed. We aim to strengthen the local economy by fostering the development of small businesses and creating job opportunities within the community.

The Gallery

The LINC UP Gallery is a welcoming, flexible space available for community use at an affordable rate — perfect for meetings, art shows, workshops, or private events. Located in the heart of Madison Square, it’s designed to bring people together.
