Our role is to serve as a connector — linking residents to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to move forward in their careers and lives. We do this by removing systemic barriers and guiding community members toward trusted services that help them succeed.
How We Support You
✓ Reducing Barriers: We host events that help remove the structural barriers keeping people from employment and economic opportunity, including:
• Expungement Resource Fairs to help clear criminal records
• Child Support Bench Warrant Clinics to help resolve outstanding legal obligations
• Partner-led events focused on financial empowerment and access to public benefits
✓ Career Preparation: These events help residents show up ready and confident for job opportunities. Offerings may include:
• Access to free or discounted professional clothing
• Professional headshots
• Information about job training and career navigation services
✓ Referral & Employer Network: We connect residents to a trusted network of local partners who provide:
• Job placement and coaching
• Skills training and apprenticeships
• Local employer connections for real-time job openings
