GALLERY RENTAL

Are you looking for a space to host an event, meeting or gathering for the community? Look no further! You can rent LINC UP’s Gallery Space at 341 Hall St SE. The Gallery is equipped with a projector, televisions, speaker systems and all of the necessary A/V equipment you need to make your event possible.

To rent the Gallery or training spaces, you must complete our Venue Inquiry. Following the completion of the form, Donald will contact you to go over your event details, collect a deposit to hold the space and answer any questions you may have. A deposit must be paid within 48 hours of signed contract to hold the space and event date.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RENTAL INQUIRY WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL THE EVENTS COORDINATOR APPROVES IT UPON COMPLETION

This does not confirm a room rental with LINC UP. Upon confirmation, a security deposit of $250 submitted along with venue request form is required to hold the desired date. Final payment is due (10) business days prior to event. The $200 incidental deposit will be held until the building is inspected after use. If damages are found it will be charged against the deposit. The security deposit can be paid in Cash or Via Credit Card.
