Leadership Training

Empowering Residents to Lead Change in Their Communities

The LINC Academy for Social Transformation (L.A.S.T.) is a 3-day training that takes place twice a year and prepares our neighbors to advocate for changes they want to see. This free, community-rooted training helps participants build confidence, understand local government, and strengthen their advocacy skills to make a lasting impact. Residents learn about the systemic impact of racism and discrimination, discuss organizing strategies, and take part in hands-on activities that reimagine what safe and thriving communities should look like.

Whether you’re new to civic engagement or already involved, LAST offers a supportive space to grow as a leader, connect with neighbors, and stand up for what matters.

  • Who can join?
