The Maintenance Technician will be a member of the LINC’s Finance Department, serving under the Asset & Facilities Manager. The Maintenance Technician will perform repairs of all buildings, rental properties, and equipment. The position requires maintaining the interior and exterior of all properties. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair procedures.
