Building Relationships is vital to our work. We connect residents to engagement opportunities and resources by building relationships with residents, organizations and community stakeholders.

We organize and advocate for policy changes and community resources that will improve the quality of life that residents experience. We train residents to participate in civic process and share information relevant to the laws, policies and decisions that will impact their lives. We provide leadership development training for residents, organizations and community partners.

We create stability by building affordable housing and ensuring that residents have the opportunity to remain in the neighborhoods where they have lived and worked. LINC UP develops Single Family Homes, Multi-Family Apartments and Townhomes, as well as Local Commercial Space.

We reduce and eliminate barriers to employment and ensure access to economic development opportunities by partnering with local employers and business development organizations, hosting employment events and linking residents to training opportunities.
